The amount of enzyme is taken as one enzyme activity unit, which is that 1μmol reducing sugar (calculated by mannose) is degraded and released by Mannan LBG(Locust bean powder Sigma:G0753) with a concentration of 4.5mg/mL in a minute, at pH 7.0 and under the condition of 37 ℃.
