Product features
Cellulase is a multi-component enzyme system for catalyzing and hydrolyzing cellulose. It can hydrolyze cellulose into oligosaccharides, disaccharides, and glucose. This product is produced through liquid deep fermentation and purification processes. It is a light brown powder with excellent fluidity and easy mixing.
Enzyme activity definition (NY/T 912-2004)
The amount of enzyme is taken as one enzyme activity unit, which is that1μmol reducing sugar (calculated by glucose) is degraded and released by Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose with a concentration of 4.5mg/mL in a minute, at pH5.5 and under the condition of 37 ℃.
