β- Glucanase is a type of enzyme to decompose β- glucan. It can efficiently address the anti-nutritional effects of β- glucan in feed. This product is produced through liquid deep fermentation and purification processes. It is a Light brown powder with mild fermentation odor and with the features of excellent fluidity and easy mixing.
Enzyme activity definition (NY/T 911-2004)
The amount of enzyme is taken as one enzyme activity unit, which is that 1μmolreducing sugar (calculated as glucose) is released from 4 mg/mLβ- Glucanase solution per minute, at pH 5.5 and under the condition of 37 ℃.
