α- Galactosidase belongs to endonucleases. It can quickly and efficiently hydrolyze galactoside (bloating factor) in plants, and eliminate its anti nutritional properties. This product is produced through liquid deep fermentation and purification processes. It is a white or grayish white powder with excellent fluidity and easy mixing.
Enzyme activity definition (Enterprise standards)
The amount of enzyme is taken as one enzyme activity unit, which is that 1μmol P-nitrophenol is released from 20mmol/L P-nitrophenol-α-D- Galactopyranose solution per minute, at pH 5.5 and under the condition of 37 ℃.
