Product features
Phytase is a hydrolytic enzyme that can degrade phytic acid and its salts. It can degrade phytic acid into inositol or phosphate inositol and phosphate. Phytase can eliminate the anti-nutritional effects caused by phytic acid, improve the digestion and utilization efficiency of nutrients by livestock and poultry, and simultaneously reduce phosphorus pollution to the environment. This product is produced through liquid deep fermentation. It is powder or particles with excellent fluidity and easy mixing.
Enzyme activity definition (GB/T 18634-2009)
The amount of enzyme is taken as one phytase activity unit, which is that 1μg Inorganic phosphorus is released from 5.0mmol/L Sodium phytate solution in a minute, at pH 5.5 and under the condition of 37 ℃.
