Pectinase is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolyzes pectin components in plant cell walls. This product is produced through liquid deep fermentation and purification processes. It is a Light brown powder with mild fermentation odor and with the features of excellent fluidity and easy mixing.

The amount of enzyme is taken as one enzyme activity unit, which is that 1mg galacturonic acid is released by 1g Solid enzyme powder or 1ml Liquid enzyme decomposing pectin in a hour, at pH 3.5 and under the condition of 50 ℃.
It can hydrolyze pectin in the cell wall, destroy the plant cell wall, and release intracellular nutrients to improve utilization rate feed digestion.
